   SWISS STOCK INVESTORS CLUB

     "SWISS  STOCK INVESTORS CLUB" ....."the CLUB".....is a non-profit membership organization who's membership  participates in the purchase of SWISS  STOCKS.

   Once a month the club holds a "POOLING" and every member can participate in this unique process. The CLUB's "POOL" will purchase public traded swiss bank stocks and you'll own part of it. You can participate with a small investment or a big investment. It's your choice. And, best of all because the bank stocks purchased are of a "on-going" bank the pool earns dividends from day one. And, so do you. These are CLASS A & CLASS B VOTING COMMON STOCKS of the respective swiss bank (not- preferred stocks).

   Presently these is  "NO STARTING MEMBERSHIP FEE" to become a member (This will probably changes as time goes by). You are however required to invest a minimum of $5,000 per month on the CLUB "POOL". (ANY SIZE OF INVESTMENT - OVER $5,000 - MAY BE MADE BY YOU). You are not required to participate every month. Just those months you decide to participate.

                                      MEMBERSHIP CLASSES

  REGISTERED MEMBER: Can be any individual or a corporation. Has VOTING RIGHTS. Can participate in any funding by the CLUB. Can participate in any CLUB activity. Can attend any MEMBERSHIP MEETING. Can be elected to office in the CLUB. (Requires "background check" prior to application accceptance). APPLICATION FEE: $2,000

  SPONSORING MEMBER: Can be any corporation or entity of any type approved by the CLUB's BOARD OF GOVERNORS.  Does not have VOTING RIGHTS. May attend the CLUB's ANNUAL MEETING. Can not be elected to office in the CLUB.  Can participate in any of the CLUBS funding programs. APPLICATION FEE: $5,000

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION: The MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION is easy to complete. Just basic information about yourself is required. Your Name and  your mailing address. When you sign the MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION you are agreeing to comply by our CODE OF ETHICAL CONDUCT and you agree NOT TO resell any information you receive as a CLUB MEMBER. You also agree to comply by the law when acting as a member.

   In addition, as a member, you also qualify to participate in monthy SWISS BANK  BEARER STOCK "BUNDLE AUCTIONS" held online by swiss banks which AUCTION swiss bearer stocks. Unknown to allmost every stock broker in the United States is the fact that BEARER STOCK is often sold at a price far less than the certificates are actually worth. "BUNDLE AUCTIONS" are also known as "VAULT CLEARANCE SALES" held at the end of the month by swiss banks to clear space in their vault. Persons have been know to derive profits of as much as 10,000% or more when making these types of acquisitions. You often end up buying at $.10 on the dollar. $.20 on the dollar. $.30 cents on the dollar of value. But, you have to know when the auction is to be held. Most swiss bankers don't even know that.

     THREE FUNDS TO CHOOSE FROM!

   1) SWISS BANK STOCK FUND

      Once a month the CLUB has a participation pool which buys "SWISS BANK STOCKS" with its "SWISS BANK STOCK FUND". The "FUND" is open to any member of the CLUB and you can invest any amount of money above the amount of $5,000.  You are not required to invest every month, but, can make an investment whenever you want, too. [Minimum investment $5,000].

     2) SWISS VENTURE CAPITAL FUND

    Also, once a month the CLUB has a participation pool for its' SWISS VENTURE CAPITAL FUND. This fund invests in swiss venture capital financied projects and on special ocassions mades direct investments in licensed SWISS VENTURE CAPITAL COMPANIES. The minimum investment in this fund is $1,000 per month.

   3) GENERAL FUND

    This fund also participated in once a month makes investment in SWISS STOCKS of all natures. Any stock on the SWX qualifies.  Minimum investment is $1000.

              CODE OF ETHICAL CONDUCT

   Recently the BOARD OF GOVERNORS of the CLUB adopted a CODE OF ETHICAL CODUCT which governs the actions and activities of the members of the CLUB and the officers of the CLUB. You will be told about the CODE OF ETHICAL CONDUCT as you become a member.

   WHAT SWISS BANK STOCKS DOES THE CLUB BUY?

     All of the stock is "common voting stock" and once purchased it is held in "safekeeping" in the vault of a swiss bank in Zurich, Switzerland.  The CLUB will buy a variety of portfolio stocks: some large swiss banks, some medium sized swiss banks, some small sized swiss banks, swiss banks which specialize in a specific type of investment, etc.

    The non-profit organizations executive committee reviews, qualifies, and selects the swiss bank stocks which will be purchased.

   Which swiss banks does the CLUB plan to invest in in the future?  

     ANSWER: That depends on the revenues from club members participations. There are, however, well over 2100 different banks in Switzerland.

    The CLUBS "SWISS VENTURE CAPITAL FUND" will be making acquisitions of securities of  SWISS VENTURE CAPITAL FUNDS. The CLUB does not guarantee that it will invest in any specific SWISS VENTURE CAPITAL FUND.

MANAGED FUNDS

     MANAGED FUNDS, for example mutual funds, pension funds, hedge funds, retirement fund (etc) have managed, supervised, administered, and the decision about are made by professional experts in the respective industry and activity. The same is true about the "FUNDS" of the SWISS STOCK INVESTORS CLUB.

     MANAGED FUNDS somestimes and often out-perform conventions investment procedures and often out-perform indexes.

     It is not uncommon for a MANAGED FUND to (at times) produce revenues, incomes,  profits (and growth) which are astronomical in size and value in comparison to results of conventional methods of investment. This is true for the SWISS STOCK INVESTORS CLUB, too.

  WHAT ABOUT TAX TIME? 

       At the end of the year we issue to every member an AUDITED STATEMENT of their earned and paid dividends. You can use this AUDITED STATEMENT as proof of that part of your income for tax purposes.  We also have available a tax attorney knowledgeable of taxes on this type of income.  The first rule of thumb for U.S. CITIZENS is to treat income from foreign sources as if it were just part of your regular income. NOTE: The IRS may require you to complete and file special forms for incomes from foreign sources.

    WHAT IF I WANT TO BUY SWISS BANK STOCK ON MY OWN?

    You can! The CLUB has a special program where you can buy swiss bank stocks in the quantity you want and in the bank name you want.  Minimum investment required. Contact us for details.

    CAN ANYONE JOIN?

     Yes at this time there are no restriction of any form on any member. Just about anyone can join. And, right now for a limited time there is NO FEE to become a member. (This will probably change very soon).

    On the last Friday of every month we hold what we call "BLACK FRIDAY POOLED PARTICIPATION ACQUISITIONS".  This is where we pool the funds of all of the participants [CLUB MEMBERS] and, then, we make an offer to buy SWISS BANK STOCKS at reduced prices. (Sometimes we offer only half the market value, or less). This enables us to buy stock at a lot less than the MARKET ASKING PRICE. A lot less! These types of sales give the bank an opportunity to sell "unwanted stocks" or sell stocks which the bank has been unable to sell. These DIVIDENDS are approved of and authorized by, and issued under the guidance and supervision of our BOARD OF GOVERNORS.

     In such cased you can earn a regular and routine income from your investments in the CLUB. You can also have your DIVIDENDS "ROLLED-OVER" and reinvested when every you want, too. NOTE: We issue an ANNUAL AUDIT STATEMENT of all dividends paid to you as a CLUB MEMBER. You can use this statement for TAX ACCURACY and TAX FILING. Just attach a photocopy to your TAX RETURN FORM (1040 FORM).
